The Problem:
Identity verification (KYC) is the main friction point in any fintech. Users were dropping off during registration because the process was too complex and long. UX Solution: I conducted user research to identify pain points. I redesigned the entire flow by simplifying steps, adding real-time visual feedback, and improving the UX writing to build trust. Result: A seamless user experience that reduces drop-offs and increases the conversion rate of completed registrations.
